An experienced and passionate yoga instructor and has ability to train people in a phased manner. Having sound knowledge of yoga both theoretical and practical. She has been recognised with many prestigious awards in the field of Yoga.
Some of them are as follows:
- Four Gold medals in Nagaon District Yoga Sports Championship (2017).
- One Gold, three Silver and one Bronze medal in Assam State Yoga Sports Championship, (2017)
- Three Gold, One silver and One Bronze in Assam State Yoga Sports Championship, 2018
- One Gold & One Silver in Assam State Yoga Sports Championship, 2019
- Two Gold & One Silver in Assam State Yoga Sports Championship, 2020
Qualification :
- Pursuing Post Graduate Deploma in Yoga from KKHSOU,
- National Yoga Referee (Yoga Federation of India)
- Assam Yoga Referee (Assam Yoga Association)
- One year Diploma in Yoga (Under Purbanchal Yoga Niketan, Dhing)
Work Experience :
- Working as a Yoga Teacher & Physical Educator in Balbhartis Public School, Guwahati (From March 2021- till Date).
